Customer

The initiation of a project typically starts with a project plan request from your customer.

You

YOU will (1) request a diversity spend project plan from your general contractor, (2) submit reports of your diversity spend, and (3) monitor diversity spend reporting uploaded by your suppliers/subcontractors.

Subcontractors  

Your subcontractors will be working in sync to (1) create a requested diversity spend project plan and (2) report their spend.
