Understanding your Project Reporting Dashboard
Your project reporting dashboard includes a list of action icons provided to help you easily navigate managing your dashboard. This is a quick guide to help you better understand the icons.
View Report Dashboard
This is used to get a one stop understanding of how diverse spend is being collected across multiple tiers.
Number of Subcontractors with Plans
Quick view to understand how many of the subcontractors associated with this project have created plans and will be submitting reports.
Number of Lower Tier Subcontractors
Count of all the subcontractors that are associated with this plan (all tiers).
Manage/Edit Plan
Make changes to the plan, add subcontractors, adjust dates and projected spend estimates (change orders).
View Plan Summary
Overview data about the plan such as start and end dates, stakeholders, description and projected budget.
View Spend Disputes
Use this to monitor discrepancies reported by suppliers in the plan. This relates specifically to disputes on reported spend amounts. When a spend dispute is reported, the alert triangle will be red. This tool also includes functions to communicate with the subcontractor/vendor about the dispute.
Submit Spend Data
Use this function to submit monthly reports of project spend against diverse and local subcontractors/vendors in the plan
